1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Install and use IntegrityKit on devices you own or control
• Use the software for personal or commercial purposes
• Receive updates as long as they are provided

Standard License: Use on up to 2 devices for 1 user.
Professional License: Use on up to 5 devices for 1 user.
Team License: Use for up to 10 users as specified at purchase.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Remove copyright notices or branding
• Use the software for illegal purposes
• Share your license with others outside your organization

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and paying for your own API keys (Gemini, etc.)
• Complying with the terms of service of third-party APIs
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
• Backing up your data

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

IntegrityKit is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of AI-generated analysis
• That the software will meet your specific requirements
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all systems

Important: IntegrityKit is a tool to assist analysis, not a replacement for professional judgment. Always verify critical information through multiple sources.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntegrityKit and its creators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on software output

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

6. Refund Policy

• Professional License: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked
• Standard License: Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days
• Team License: Contact us for refund requests

7. Updates and Support

We provide:

• Free updates to the major version you purchased
• Email support (response time varies by license tier)

We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time, but your license to use the current version remains valid.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software.

9. Governing Law
